If English is not your first language an interpreter can be arranged. We also recommend bringing a family member or friend for your additional support.
VCGS engages the services of certified translating and interpreting agencies. Wherever possible, our clinicians will make every effort to ensure that the needs of patients and families from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds (CALD) or Non-English Speaking Background (NESB) are met.
Please let us know prior to your appointment if you require an interpreter. If one cannot be arranged for your appointment we will use the telephone interpreter service.
