My Health Record information
We have been granted an extension of time to upload pathology reports to My Health Record.
During this extension period, some pathology reports provided by us will be uploaded to My Health Record. However, due to certain limitations, we are not able to upload all reports at this time. Your results will continue to be sent to your requesting healthcare provider.
How do I know if VCGS uploads my results to My Health Record?
From mid July, we'll be rolling out updated test request forms that include a checkbox to opt out of MHR.
Do not send to My Health Record:

If you tick the checkbox, we will not upload your results.

If you do not tick the checkbox, we will upload your results
What if there is no checkbox on my test request form?
During the extension period, if there is no opt-out checkbox on your form, you'll automatically be opted out. We won't upload your results to My Health Record.
How long does it take to upload my results to My Health Record?
For prepair 3 carrier screening, there will be delay of up to one month from report issue to upload to MHR.
For all other tests, there will be a delay from the date of report before upload to MHR.
