Payment process
How does our invoicing work?
If we have your mobile number, you will receive a text message with a link to our payment portal. You can pay your invoice online.
If we don’t have your mobile number, you will be mailed a paper invoice. You can pay your invoice via BPay, phone call, or online.
Invoices and receipts
If you received:

a text message: You can download an itemised receipt.
Please note: the receipt link will expire 30 days after the invoice due date. -
a paper invoice: You will be mailed an itemised receipt.
