- TestingYour sample will be tested as soon as it arrives at VCGS.
The time it takes for your sample to reach us can vary.
It depends on your location (e.g VIC or interstate), courier delays and public holidays.Your sample will be tested even if you haven't received the SMS to make payment.
Testing cannot be cancelled once started. - ResultsYour results will be sent to your doctor.
This is usually 3-5 working days after your sample has arrived at VCGS.
We're unable to give results directly to you. - PaymentYou'll be sent an SMS to make payment.
This is usually sent a few working days after we receive your sample. The SMS will direct you to a payment portal. You'll receive reminder letters in the post if payment isn't made.
Ignoring the SMS will not lead to the test being cancelled.
